The most famous shave-ice establishment in Haleiwa and even in Oahu! The proof is in the long and constant line at the entrance. A souvenir store allows you to shop while waiting for the line to move on... Created in 1951 by Helen and Mamuro Matsumoto, children of Japanese immigrants, the store is now run by their son Noriko who prepares up to 1,000 ice creams per day. The syrups are homemade: banana, coconut, mango, Chinese or Japanese plum, lemon. Enough to create beautiful and colorful combos! In addition to red beans and mochi.

Si vous voulez goûter un Shave Ice, je vous recommande cet endroit! La file d'attendre est effectivement longue mais cela permet de lire la liste des parfums proposés! Il y a énormément de choix !
