Chapel that has a rather rare format, built in the early seventeenth century under the orders of Gaspard Manoel Carneiro.

This chapel has a rather rare format. The large vault on the square base of the church is original and gives the construction a great charm. It was built at the beginning of the 17th century under the orders of Gaspard Manoel Carneiro, a pilot in the navy who gave it oriental influences brought back from his travels. Inside, there are several 18th century tiles and an altarpiece in rococo style. Beautiful panorama on the right bank of the river Ave.
