Part restaurant, part bar, part live music venue, Pecan Street Brewing is the place to be in Johnson City. You'll find great barbecue dishes, pizza, cookies (the savory, flaky salted butter scones that make a great breakfast side dish), or the traditional burgers as well as cold beer, all at affordable prices. There are regular live concerts, especially country music. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun, much appreciated by the locals.
