At the foot of the vineyards and meadows, the Ferme des Dahlias is open all year round. Joël at the farm and Didier at the inn have been working hard since 2008. In the middle of the room, a Kachelhoffa is enthroned, diffusing a soft warmth as soon as the first frosts arrive. The restaurant offers country and seasonal cuisine with authentic flavors. Open Thursday to Monday, 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. to 9 p.m.; Tuesday, 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. Lunch menu: €15. Nice rooms available.
Owner's Message
The spacious rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with shower, WC, double basins and can accommodate 2 to 6 people.
The restaurant proposes a country and seasonal cooking where you can find all the products transformed and sold at the farm such as various cheeses, yoghurts, fresh milk, butter...
Terroir, conviviality and relaxation are the key words of the Auberge des Dahlias.
The dishes on the menu remain affordable and the wines are excellent value for money.
A view on the pastures and the Vosges mountains, the calm, the life punctuated by the farm, the departures in pedestrian excursions and with bicycle towards the Vieil Armand will not fail to allure you.
