It's often very quiet, as it's set back from the busy streets of Latacunga. The owners of Guadalajara grill (they're Mexican) are charming and serve delicious home-cooked food. On the menu: Tacos, Burritos, Enchiladas, Chimichangas, Fajitas, Sopas, Tostadas, Huevos Rancheros, Nachos and many other delights. All for a very reasonable price. If you want to stay at your hotel, delivery is fast.
