RESERVA NATURAL ATITLÁN
Nature reserve featuring forests with abundant flora and fauna, private beach, waterfall and suspension bridges.
To the west of the village, this hundred hectares of forest is home to an abundance of flora and fauna. A coffee plantation was established here in the early 20th century, before the butterfly garden and walking trails were opened to the public in 1995. Also, one goes there for its private beach, its waterfall, its suspended points, its platform of observation of the monkeys and its tyroliennes. There are two options: come for the day or stay on site, pitching a tent in the camping area or reserving one of the rooms near the visitor center.
