Having fallen into the coffee business as a child, thanks to his grandfather, the adorable Byron took over this Panajachel landmark on December¹, 2020. He has kept the direction instilled by the former owner, an American answering to the name of Mike: to offer a meeting point - even a form of refuge - to locals as well as visitors from all over the world.
