This small room decorated with a few bottles of wine revisits Mayan cuisine with talent. Specialties range from beef, mutton, pork, chicken, rooster, duck, pigeon, turkey, rabbit to fish and shrimp. There are 28 dishes on the menu, including chicken in cocoa - also called "Jok'om kakaw" - and shrimp in the style of King Kig'ab'. A great introduction to Guatemalan gastronomy and culture.
