The port of Tefé offers berths for vessels operating regular or non-regular passenger transport services. In general, embarkations and/or disembarkations are made from or to Manaus. The relative distance between the two cities makes the transport time quite long.

There are two options to get to Tefe by boat from Manaus (Roadway port):

Scheduled boat: every day at 9am from Manaus and 6pm from Tefé. Count 3 days of travel.

Fast boat: every day at 7am from Manaus, and the same from Tefe. Count 12 hours of travel.

Tefé is a city in the state of Amazonas. Correios de Tefé is responsible for postal services in the region. Correios de Tefé also offers a customs clearance service for international shipments. Imports are subject to customs verification to ensure compliance with current legislation. International shipments are subject to an import tax of 60% of the value of the goods, as well as other charges such as transport and insurance. Correios de Tefé has an online platform called Minhas Importações, which facilitates the customs clearance process for international shipments. Users can upload the necessary documents, pay taxes and track their shipments. Correios de Tefé is responsible for customs control, in collaboration with Receita Federal do Brasil.
