Are you a fan of natural viticulture? Stop by François Meyer and his son Xavier! They cultivate 13 ha of vines using biodynamic viticulture practices first introduced in 1969, after Eugène (father of one and grandfather of the other) suffered severe poisoning from an insecticide. Here you'll find some excellent wines, all made from organic grapes. Special mention goes to the very attractive Riesling QVX Cuvée Xavier 2014, made in oak barrels and vinified on lees for 15 months. And also, a fine Crémant Blanc de Noirs Brut Cuvée de la Cave Dîmière.
