Hotel offering comfortable rooms in Mortain-Bocage.
Definitely the best hotel in Mortain and the surrounding area. In a vast building right in the heart of the little town, you’ll find everything you need for a peaceful stay. Here, comfort is the order of the day, and the rooms are comfortable, with a very reasonable price tag and a view over the heart of the little town. The on-site restaurant, "La Table de Saint-Vital", serves traditional dishes made from local produce.

A lovely and quite traditional French hotel. Nice but small rooms. One quirk was that the toilet light switch was on one side of the bed, on the other side of the room.
No parking (other than for two wheels) but a free public car park right outside (closed Saturday mornings for the market) plus on-street parking.
Lovely walks around Mortain. Les Cascades was a good choice of restaurant as the hotel resto was closed for dinner when we were there.
No entry (officially) until 1800 but we got in a bit earlier with some cyclists.

Charmant petit hôtel, tres bon accueil, chambre literie excellente pour ma part , petit déjeuner correct.

Réservation faites par téléphone avec Émilie exemplaire, très agréable, chaleureuse et explcations complètes.
Accueil par cette même personne, à l'image de notre conversation téléphonique, Émilie nous a extrêmement bien reçu, tout était là, rien à redire. Merci beaucoup. Restauration simple mais savoureuse, service impeccable.

Super accueil, superbes chambres avec une vue imprenable. Nous y avons passé une nuit lors d'une rando vélo. Je recommande tout à fait.
