Citizens Bank Pops by the Sea

Every year for the past 36 years, the Boston Pops Orchestra has given an outdoor concert night at Hyannis. The event usually takes place on a Sunday in the middle of August. Unfortunately, admission is not free, but the funds go to the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, an institution that promotes the arts throughout the region. The orchestra performs around 5pm, but festivities start at 2pm at the Hyannis Village Green on Main Street.
