The Bubalas is always lively and its large terrace on the street, heated by braziers for the cool evenings, attracts many people. From the back of the long room, you will have a breathtaking view of Provincetown Bay. The menu is very varied, offering seafood as well as salads, vegetarian dishes, burgers or pasta. The friendly and cheerful welcome and the efficient service make this restaurant a nice address. The restaurant is immediately recognizable by the bright yellow building that houses it.

JOE COFFEE & CAFE

A small but pleasant place to drink a good espresso or a frothy cappuccino. You can order takeaway or sit at one of the few tables inside. In summer, the shaded terrace is very pleasant, where you can enjoy an iced coffee with pleasure! The café also serves sandwiches and simple breakfast dishes: omelettes, fried eggs, bagels, pastries and more. For a snack, try the muffins, cookies or cinnamon rolls: everything is good, and the service is pleasant.

JIMMY'S HIDEAWAY

This adorable restaurant has been run by a passionate couple since 2007. We eat a revisited bouillabaisse, scallops picata, fried shrimps or codfish Portuguese style. The atmosphere is excellent and the service very warm. An address to try for an atmosphere a little less touristy than on the port, and for good reason: the place is nestled in a small courtyard, so that one could pass by without even taking a look at the pretty red door that bears the name of the establishment.

THE SQUEALING PIG

A pub much appreciated by the locals, who love its friendly atmosphere. Even in winter, when the tourists have deserted P-Town, the Squealing Pig remains very lively. It's the best place to go out of season! The menu isn't anything extraordinary - burgers, sandwiches, fish & chips and, of course, lobster rolls - but it's well done and the food is tasty. There's also a wide variety of bottled beers. All this is enjoyed to the accompaniment of live music.

This elegant restaurant enjoys a privileged location on the waterfront. The establishment is known for its impressive selection of Martinis to be tested at the bar before dining. As for the vodka menu, it offers no less than 300 references from all over the world! The cuisine served in this restaurant is as tasty as its reputation suggests. Try the lobster risotto, it is truly delicious. The meats are also excellent. The atmosphere is always lively and the service impeccable.

This large, warm room is one of the best addresses in town and will take you away from Commercial Street. The vast majority of the dishes are fish-based or vegetarian. The soups (their clam chowder is very creamy) and salads are excellent. Whatever you choose, you are satisfied! The menu is very varied, and the wine list is well stocked. The decoration is quite original, with its colored stained glass windows here and there, and especially behind the bar.

You didn't think Provincetown didn't have a lobster spot, did you? The beautiful façade of this establishment, which looks tiny from the outside, actually hides a large dining room. Lobster, lobster, lobster and more lobster, in all its forms. The traditional brandy recipe is a classic of the establishment, we recommend it! Many other recipes using seafood. Everything is fresh and good. Relaxed atmosphere as everywhere in the city. The Lobster Pot is one of the institutions of P-Town.

Provincetown Portuguese Bakery

This is one of the oldest bakeries in the city, which has been serving the locals for over 100 years! Despite its success, the place has kept its old-fashioned look. When you enter the small shop, you are faced with a window full of appetizing cakes and breads. The malasadas are particularly good (and huge!). Breakfast and lunch (sandwiches) are also served there, for only a few dollars. Very good value for money.
