This fruit juice manufacturing workshop offers two types of services for private individuals. You can bring your own fruits (apples, pears, red fruits...) to be squeezed. The juices obtained are then packaged in bottles or bag-in-boxes. Afterwards, you go home with your homemade fruit juices! In addition, all year round, the Pressoir de la Vallée markets a range of juices, nectars and syrups under the name "Jus d'Antoine". In 2017, its apple juice won a bronze medal at the Concours général agricole de Paris.
