Small in size, big in ambition! Welcome to the Vignoble des 5 Sens, a young Alsatian nugget born of a dream turned grape. Spread over 3 hectares between Bennwihr and Zellenberg, Julien Minery cultivates his vines with his hands, his heart... and his 5 senses. Here, you can listen to the wine sing, admire the colors of the terroir, breathe in nature (HVE and organic) and taste passion. Pinot Gris Mystérieux, Riesling Grand Cru Mandelberg, Gewurztraminer Cuvée Spéciale... each cuvée reveals a story, and labels that speak to the emotions.
