IDAHO BOTANICAL GARDEN

The Boise Botanical Garden was established in 1984 on the ground of the former prison center of the city, which can still be visited today. Its 15 hectares consist of a garden of roses, cactus, medicinal plants or irises. A space also celebrates Idaho species. Finally, you can walk in the meditation garden where trees were planted by the center's prisoners in the 1930 s and 1940 s.
