The Green Island is a restaurant delightfully located on the beach. You can dine on the terrace with a view of the sea, it's beautiful! Accompanied by the sound of the waves, we enjoy a menu that honors local, fresh and seasonal products by working with Mediterranean influences, even oriental. At the time of our passage, after some oysters, we liked very much the nets of sole and mussels of Jersey and their spinaches in the butter in the chive. The establishment also has a very good wine list.
