Saint-Clément is a small parish in the south-east of the island. All along the Grève d'Azette, you'll see small, identical, very English houses. They are grouped along a sandy beach that looks heavenly but can be dangerous, especially if you venture out onto the rocks at low tide: the rising tide can quickly catch you. This beach has earned the nickname "lunar beach" because of the many strange rocks that line it at low tide. It's an impressive landscape of jagged islets and black rocks. The main attraction is the Samarès manor house.
