This new Saint-Aubin address (opening in 2022) offers excellent typical Italian cuisine and natural wines. Managed by Jersiaise Kate and chef Marcello, who hails from Modena on the Italian boot, this restaurant showcases fresh, organic produce and local fishing, favoring short circuits and an ethical approach to the trade when designing its menu. In short, an excellent address where you can enjoy a delicious meal in a warm atmosphere, thanks in particular to a decor where wood reigns supreme. We love it!
