This restaurant, opened in 2014 by two chef friends and childhood friends Dmitri Blinov and Renat Malikov, is well known in St. Petersburg. The dishes give pride of place to products simply cooked in often unexpected but always delicious combinations. This gastrobar is an excellent example of the new Russian gastronomic scene led by experienced and creative chefs.
