This pub, right on the port of Isle of Whithorn, is recognised by CAMRA for the quality of its beers (Pub of the Year for the region in 2013), but also for the quality of its food and the variety of its whisky and wine list. The atmosphere is very local and familiar, with stone walls and maritime decoration. There is a restaurant area for a slightly more formal setting, and a pleasant waterfront terrace for sunny days. The menu changes every day and consists of local and seasonal products.
