MR POOK'S KITCHEN

Mr. Pook's challenge is to bring the beauty and diversity of Dumfries & Galloway to the plate. He works closely with local suppliers and is constantly looking for ways to enhance the food and its flavors. The menu changes regularly, depending on the season. Ed Pook is the chef and he has teamed up with Chris Brain, who manages the wine list with brio and passion. He can recommend the best wine to pair with the food, as well as a selection of beers and excellent spirits.
