"Think global, eat local" is Stravaigin's slogan, which highlights Scottish gastronomy to its advantage. In the basement, the restaurant part is more chic and sought-after, with a refined menu and more expensive menus. The idea is to go off the beaten track, and the challenge is taken up! In the bar area, the atmosphere is more relaxed and the food is based on the classics of pub food. The backdrop is that of a charming, cosy bistro, with its parquet floor, benches and myriad bottles.
