TRIMONTIUM MUSEUM

Scotland's only museum dedicated to the Roman and Iron Age. It tells the story of Trimontium, one of the largest Roman fortified sites north of Hadrian's Wall. The museum displays many of the treasures discovered during the excavation of the Trimontium fort, illustrating life on the frontier of the Roman Empire. Not a must-see, but if you're there, you'll have a great time.
