At the foot of the Forth Bridge, Deep Sea World is Scotland's national aquarium and one of the most comprehensive in the UK. Hundreds of species are present, including piranhas, seals, rays, multicoloured fish and one of the largest numbers of sharks in Europe. The bravest can dive with them, but the others will prefer the 112-metre long tunnel which offers a real underwater safari. This attraction is ideal when the weather does not allow you to explore the area outdoors, and will appeal to families.
