Cheap, chic hotel close to the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao.
It's all in the name: the posh is banking on a chic and urban decoration that will seduce all audiences. Yet this hostel located 300 meters from the Guggenheim is in principle aimed at small budgets by offering beds in dormitories (some reserved for girls), but also rooms for 1 to 4 people. While the white decoration in the rooms is fairly minimalist, the common areas offer a real lesson in style. Practical: the kitchen is available 24 hours a day and the Txío bar, where you can enjoy a beer and some pintxos in a beautiful setting!

Fuimos a ver la final de copa a San Mames. El sitio muy bien y el personal atento. El lugar es idóneo para grupos de amigos o para familias que busquen hacer turismo, no para utilizarlo de vivienda.

Nicht wirklich Deluxe für den aufgerufenen Preis. In vergleichbaren Hostel (im Innenstadtbereich von Bilbao) sind die Betten bezogen und Handtücher kostenlos vorhanden trotz günstigerem Preis.
Sauberkeit: Ich gehe mal freundlicherweise davon aus, dass die braunen Flecken am Toilettenpapier-Spender Rost waren. Auf den Punkt gebracht in Hinsicht auf die Sauberkeit gibt es hier Nachholbedarf.
Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ließ eher zu Wünschen übrig.
Den wirklich einzigen Pluspunkt den ich sehe ist die Nähe zum Guggenheim-Museum und die wirklich zentrale Lage.

Stay away from Poshtel if you want to have a bed to sleep in! I had booked 3 nights through booking.com and when I arrived the place was locked and un-straffed, noone answers the phone and booking.com staff could not get in touch with them either. Left outside on the street with nowhere to sleep I had to find another hotel, an extremely expensive and stressful situation. Next day I tried again to check in to Poshtel with the same result. This is 3 weeks ago and I have still not heard a single reply from them, no apoligies, no nothing. This place is absolutely a fraud. Stay away for your own sake.

Un lugar súper recomendable. Hemos ido un grupo de 40 personas con necesidades especiales y movilidad reducida.
Las instalaciones están adaptadas y la ubicación es fantástica. El personal se ha preocupado de que el grupo estuviera bien atendido y nos han dado muchas facilidades.
Además la comida era abundante y buena. Enhorabuena al equipo, trabajar bien con grupos grandes y de estas características se agradece muchísimo.

Al llegar nos encontramos a Rachel, la recepcionista, muy agradable y dispuesta a ayudarnos, no obstante nos invitaron a hacer el checkin automático cosa que salió mal ya que la maquina no detectaba uno de los DNIs. Si hay una persona, en este caso Rachel, es tontería mandarnos a hacer el checkin manual. Una persona vale mucho más que una simple máquina para hacerlo, por el que el servicio de checkin bastante pésimo hasta que fuimos con Rachel y nos solucionó perfectamente el problema ya con el checkin hecha por ella.
La habitación privada de tres cama algo pequeñita pero usable. El baño bien.
