The chuletas, turbots, monkfish cooked in their simplest apparatus are superb. They participate in the elaboration of a local cuisine where Iberian ham, asparagus and piquillos are the kings of the fiesta. Note that their Kobe meat comes from a farm in Hondarribia that specializes in this breed of Japanese origin. In season, try the guindillas and tomatoes from the vegetable garden!
