At the bend of a small path, in the enchanting setting of the Berwyn Mountains, is the first of Wales' "Seven Wonders". It is an impressive 80 metre high waterfall, the highest in the United Kingdom. A path leads to the top of the falls in about twenty minutes. The Pistyll Rhaeadr waterfall is also the starting point for several walks with different difficulties and distances.
