Located in Chiba Prefecture in eastern Tokyo, Narita is best known for its international airport, one of the country's main airports, and for the famous Shinjō-ji temple. It's not necessarily the top destination on a trip to Japan, but it can be an interesting stopover before a flight. From Tokyo, several lines and companies allow to reach the airport, such as the omnibus or express trains of the JR (Narita express from Tokyo or even Shinagawa) and the Keisei (Skyliner from Nippori). Narita Airport stations serve all three terminals (Terminal 2-3 and Terminal 1).
