For us, one of the most breathtaking restaurants in the Val de Saire: in addition to its geographical position, at the top of the Pernelle hill, which offers an incredible view, the quality of this restaurant's offerings makes it a must. Local produce, salmon from Cherbourg, snails from Fermanville, oysters from Saint-Vaast and organic tomato squid with saffron are just a few examples. The service is not only highly professional, but also extremely friendly. During the summer months, reservations are highly recommended.
