Founded in the century, this abbey is one of the most complete examples of medieval Premonstratensian architecture.
Founded in the 12th century by canons, it earned the nickname Outremer for its attachment to the kings of England during the Hundred Years' War. The abbey church, the oldest part of which dates back to 1164, is an architectural marvel. Today, it has benefited from decades of renovation work, which you can discover for yourself! The site is also the center of a number of events and exhibitions, including the one for 2025, entitled "Héritages". There's also a store.
