A former bakery dating back to the 19th century, this typical Alsatian wooden establishment has been offering top-quality rooms and a restaurant for several generations. Equipped and bright, sober and comfortable, there's nothing to complain about in the eighty-two rooms, which are perfectly managed by the owner. An added bonus is the Cheval Blanc's spa, with sauna, hammam and bubble bath. Just the thing to relax after a day's hunting on the Mulhouse ONF hunting ground, just a stone's throw away.

Bouchée à la Reine en entrée, suivie de carpes frites ,frites ,salade verte et dessert
Le bonheur
Très bien accueilli par le personnel.
C'est bien dommage pour le 'standing' que le restaurant presente.. Les plats sont beaucoup trop chers pour ce qu'ils ne sont, petit oubli de lavage de salade (présence de terre) pour notre part. La patronne nous a offert le café malgré ça.
Mauvaise cohésion entre les équipes serveurs/ cuisiniers qui est bien dommage.
Plat sans saveur réchauffé et assurément pas cuisiné sur place, ( jarret d'agneau) et arrivée tiède dans l'assiette!!! après une heure d'attente!!! A 30 euros le plat, on s'attend à un truc de qualité!!!
Nos voisins de tables ont eu le même problème.
Bref réservez l’hôtel mais ne mangez surtout pas sur place
