A former bakery dating back to the 19th century, this typical Alsatian wooden establishment has been offering top-quality rooms and a restaurant for several generations. Equipped and bright, sober and comfortable, there's nothing to complain about in the eighty-two rooms, which are perfectly managed by the owner. An added bonus is the Cheval Blanc's spa, with sauna, hammam and bubble bath. Just the thing to relax after a day's hunting on the Mulhouse ONF hunting ground, just a stone's throw away.

Nous avons séjourné un nuit dans cet hôtel très agréable, nous avons pu profiter du spa avec piscine, sauna et hammam. Nous avons dîné au restaurant avec une carte aux choix variés et avec des formules « menu ». Le buffet du petit déjeuner est parfait, l’hôtel dispose d’un parking fermé la nuit, les équipes sont très sympathiques et professionnelles. Je recommande cet établissement.

Sommes arrivés à midi, aucune table n'était dressée, personnel semble non qualifié, choucroute juste tiède, peut-être réchauffée au micro-ondes et en plus erreur sur la facture Très déçu de cette expérience

Das Angebot (3-Gänge hier: gebratene Lammkeule) zum Mittagstisch ist sehr attraktiv. Die Speisen sind hervorragend abgestimmt und sind sehr delikat. Der Service ist top und sehr zuvorkommend.
Fazit: ich komme gerne wieder!

Nous sommes venus manger à 4 pour la fête des mères et partis très déçues… Nous avons commandé du poissons et on reçois de la viande …Chercher l’erreur !!! Ensuite on nous ramène enfin le bon plat mais froid !!! Nous demandons au serveur de faire réchauffer nos plats ils reviendront toujours aussi froid !!! En plus très déçue du plat réchauffé la lotte était desséchée !!!
Pour un menu à 55 euros sans les boissons vraiment rien de terrible !!!
Il était une fois ou on mangeait bien plus rien à voir …
À revoir votre personnel en cuisine comme en salle …
