The dining room, in a pretty setting featuring a large central aquarium and pretty fish lamps, is often packed. Breydel De Coninc is the most famous mussel and lobster restaurant in Bruges.

Chef Fernand Janssens offers six different mussel preparations (from natural to aphrodisiac) and gives the culinary connoisseur the choice between three lobster preparations.
Lovers of eel, sole, prawns and cod will also find something to their liking.
There is also a choice of meat dishes.
