L'incompetenza dei titolari non ha eguali, chiedi un biglietto per Manfredonia, e ti danno quello per il bus, senza chiedere per cosa ti serve.
Se fosse stati professionali e competenti lo avreste chiesto. Sono stato costretto ha spendere altri soldi per comprare un biglietto per il treno.
