Castle hosting exhibitions of local artists to promote young talent.
After the Turkish massacre of 1480, the Aragonese worked to fortify Otranto and erected the castle, directly connected to the wall that surrounds the alleys of the historic centre. The visit is especially interesting for the triangular hall dating back to the 16th century, a very impressive architectural feat for the time. You can also visit the suggestive underground passages and the chapel that has preserved some frescoes. The castle of Otranto hosts exhibitions of local artists to promote the young talents of Salento.

à voir
Ce château qui est situé non loin du port et de la marina de la ville, est un lieu d'expositions temporaires (question d'intérêt?), le mieux est d'y venir et d'en faire le tour avec ses douves et ses remparts, sur le côté un beau belvédère, ne pas manquer d'y aller.
