This was the Masseria's former dovecote. In addition to the regenerating Turkish bath, it features a private terrace, where you can relax on a comfortable chaise longue. It's reached by a stone staircase, and from here you can enjoy a splendid full view of the sea, our panoramic pool and the hill next door. Rooms measure 35 m².

It was originally one of the farmer's bedrooms. Today, it's the largest room in the main area and is divided into two zones. Very bright, thanks to the natural light coming in through the large windows, it has a panoramic outdoor terrace, private and with sea views stretching over the olive tree cloister and our little church. C'est là que j'ai fait mon meilleur repas dans les Pouilles (jusqu'à présent). Je ne commente que le restaurant car je n'y ai pas séjourné, mais je l'ajouterai certainement à ma liste à l'avenir.

Nous sommes arrivés tôt pour nous promener dans le parc au coucher du soleil - et c'était magique. Cela ressemblait à ce dont je rêvais pour mon expérience dans les Pouilles - raffiné, luxueux, mais avec la chaleur italienne.

Le service a été chaleureux et accueillant, sans être prétentieux, dès notre entrée dans la propriété. Il n'y avait pas trop de monde pendant notre séjour, ce qui rendait l'endroit paisible. Ce serait un endroit idéal pour une demande en mariage ou une célébration.

La nourriture et les boissons ont fait l'objet d'une grande attention. La fraîcheur, le goût, la présentation - je donnerais 10 étoiles si je le pouvais. Nous n'avons pas fait le menu dégustation complet car nous ne voulions pas gaspiller de la nourriture.

Tous les plats que nous avons mangés étaient parfaitement préparés. Le branzino enveloppé dans des feuilles était super savoureux. Et laissez de la place pour un gelato ou un dessert !

Une masseria magnifique et bien conçue, avec un personnel qui m'a traité comme une famille pendant mon séjour de 6 jours. Lorsqu'ils ont vu que je me déplaçais lentement avec un dos raide, ils ont fait appel à un chiropracteur pour travailler sur moi (cela a fonctionné). A+++ pour les gens, l'énergie, la nourriture ... plus Roberto, l'âne résident.
