Behind the Palazzo Ducale, this trattoria is dedicated to good traditional cuisine, but mischievously revisited by chef Martino. In the dining room, it is Rosa who provides the service with enthusiasm. As an antipasto, you can't do without the capocollo of own production accompanied by burrata. Delicious pasta dishes and, in season, creamy and fragrant porcini mushroom risotto. Meat lovers will appreciate the lamb cooked at low temperature, mixed grills and suckling pig with wine and plums. A tasteful stopover!
