In the heart of the historic centre, in a setting of exposed stones, this restaurant offers a good-toned, simple and tasty cuisine, which favours seafood, with antipasti of raw and cooked fish, pasta with shellfish and fried fish, but also beautiful cheese and cold cuts platters, and meat for the unconditional fans. Interesting selection of regional wines by the glass or bottle. When the weather is fine, the terrace in the street with its smooth and polished cobblestones is very pleasant. Friendly and cordial staff.

The menu features lots of produce that has been frozen. It’s a pity that you would not take advantage of the amazing location to use only fresh ingredients. We sat down and ordered water while figuring out what to order. The table cloths were synthetic one time use. The atmosphere was not lively. For awhile no one came to attend to us, so we decided to leave. We go charged for 4 x ‘coperto’ cover charge plus the water which came to 15 euros. All that for sitting down for 10 minutes. Luckily down the road the most amazing sandwiches were served for 7 euros each, at la Focaccina (Piazza XX Settembre, 20) with bustling atmosphere and jolly crowd.

La cucina fa crollare l'identità del locale.
