We fell in love with this organic restaurant! Nestled in a beautifully restored traditional trulli house, you can sit under the vaults or on the veranda facing the vegetable garden where the owners pick the vegetables in front of you. Short circuit guaranteed! The welcome is warm and humble, and the decoration, with its menus and quotes written directly on the walls, contributes to this enveloping atmosphere. One feels good at Terra Madre and the cuisine, multi-vitamin and delicately cooked, is a parade of flavours.

Non semplicemente un pranzo ma un'esperienza degustativa veramente piacevole.
Verdure sapientemente preparare ed accompagnate da condimenti ottimi.
Impiattamenti che valorizzano il cibo ed invogliano ad assaggiare.

Se avete voglia di una cucina che utilizza solo prodotti freschi della campagna, di un ambiente famigliare, di essere accolti con gentilezza calore e sorrisi....non state a casa, venite a mangiare qui!!...e portate anche gli amici???? Gusterete le migliore verdure del territorio preparate sia crude che cotte in diversi modi e che non troverete in sessun'altro luogo.

Pricey but nice, we got cabbage 'pie', a purple veg soup, bread and seasonal veg all covered by the table cover charge which is €3. It's in one of the trulli which makes it a lovely atmosphere. The veg is all home grown

Cucina creativa, saporita e leggera, le verdure dei loro orti, trovano splendidi abbinamenti nelle idee degli chef. Abbinamenti interessanti di marmellate e il favo di miele, una vera chiccheria... Vini adeguati, dolci all'altezza dei cibi
