In the trulli area, in the heart of Rione Monti, a tourist but well-kept table. The chef Domenico Laera offers a classic local cuisine, made with products and raw materials from local suppliers. On the menu, there are assortments of regional cold meats and cheeses, fish from the Adriatic Sea, grilled or filleted meats and various pasta dishes such as the orecchiette al ragù di frizzl, a pasta dish from the peasant tradition based on local pancetta.

Locale molto accogliente ma un po' strettino. Servizio impeccabile, sempre molto efficiente e disponibile! Tommaso ci ha accolti come se fossimo clienti abituali. Cibo molto di qualità, da provare il mix di antipasti. Io e Concetta siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti, da riprovare!

The restaurant’s antipasto plate with tastes of a variety of local products was great. Staff was so friendly.

Location molto affascinante, cibo purtroppo non all'altezza della stessa.
Il servizio è stato cordiale, ma i camerieri dovrebbero stare più attenti a ciò che dicono sui clienti: con la musica classica e gli spazi ridotti, si sente tutto, anche all'ingresso ????

Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekamen einen schönen Tisch im Inneren des Restaurants.
Wir entschieden uns für das Degustationsmenü und eine ausgezeichnete Flasche Wein.
Nach dem vorzüglichen Gruß aus der Küche wurde uns ein beeindruckendes Menü serviert. Ein Gang nach dem anderen übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Regionale Produkte perfekt zubereitet.
Das Service war ausgesprochen professionell und zuvorkommend!
