This restaurant is a cultural cradle under an architecture of great prestige. In fact, it is part of the ancient medieval fort of Trani, which was built to protect the eastern point of the port and which includes the church of Sant'Antuono (12th century). You can admire the superb panorama from the terrace. Above all, this church has become the seat of one of the best restaurants in Puglia. Surprising combinations of sea and local products, plates with millimetre dressings, all the senses are put to use. A beautiful moment in perspective!
