Monte Frog is a Virpazar-based agency offering all the classic tours of Lake Skadar (from 1 to 6 hours, depending on the route chosen). Family-run and French-speaking (ask for Sladjana, very friendly), you'll sail on small traditional wooden boats through water lilies, reeds, lake and canals to monasteries and birdwatchers. Group tours of 1 to 2 hours depart at set times. If you'd like to map out your own circuit of the lake or sail for more than 2 hours, opt for a private boat. Kayaks for hire or guided tours.
