J'ai commandé le Halloumiranskaas. En raison de mes troubles de l'élocution, j'ai montré le nom du plat sur la liste. On m'a apporté une portion de frites au parmesan.
Mon mari, après avoir remarqué l'erreur, a dit à la serveuse que j'avais commandé des frites au Halloumi. Nous n'avons pas entendu d'excuses, mais deux fois, d'un ton méchant : "Je suis sûr que la dame a commandé les frites au parmesan !
Bien que je ne puisse pas m'exprimer en parlant bien, mon esprit fonctionne toujours et je sais ce que j'ai commandé.
J'ai reçu ma nouvelle portion correcte quelques instants plus tard. Je suis resté avec un mauvais souvenir de cette visite.
Tout le monde fait des erreurs, je le comprends. Dans le secteur des services, les clients, même handicapés, sont généralement mieux traités.
