In a brand-new building, entitled Alto², visitors can contemplate the site's two permanent exhibitions: the first, entitled "Exploring central Finland", and the second, "AALTO, work and life", obviously dedicated to Alvar Aalto. Numerous temporary exhibitions are held on a regular basis, showcasing both the region and the artists' work. Not to be missed if you're in the area, and to be combined with the museum of the same name (not far from Helsinki). And don't forget the very nice café!
