With no less than five cottages to choose from, plus four different saunas (which can be rented separately), you're guaranteed to have a little piece of Finland all to yourself for the duration of your stay. You can even add karaoke or canoeing to make you feel even more local!

Located in Tampere, Niemi-Kapee offers you a choice of eight accommodations for your stay in this sauna capital of the world. Choose from Kokkoranta, Sammal Cottage, Taivasalla Glamping, Harmaa Cottage, Mansikka Cottage, Mustikka Cottage, Log Granary and Kissanmaa Hideaway. Each accommodation is perfectly appointed, offering individual access to a private lake and a traditional wood-fired sauna. During your stay, you can enjoy an authentic experience with a varied selection of Finnish saunas, including the Smoke Sauna, Old Sauna, New Sauna, Public Sauna, Traditional Sauna, The Sauna Shamans, as well as facilities such as the Grill Hut and Hot Tub. Niemi-Kapee can host your private or business events, with a capacity of 25 people. A choice location for a memorable stay!

"Our smoke sauna is built in the traditional style of the 19th century from trees that fell in a 2001 storm called Janika. The sauna can accommodate up to 20 people at a time. The height of our smoke sauna is around four meters, so even with the sauna full of people, you won't lose your breath. The sauna's heat and steam are gentle and long-lasting. The heater in this sauna is massive: it's made of 4,500 kilograms of rock. Heating lasts up to six hours, but the sauna stays warm for a long time. If you're interested in more traditional saunas, you should try our smoke sauna. The smoke sauna is heated by burning large quantities of wood for around 6 to 8 hours, then letting the smoke escape from the sauna before enjoying the sauna heat. This sauna is the perfect choice for friends of sustainable luxury. In between going to the sauna, eating, drinking and plunging into Lake Näsijärvi, you can also enjoy the warmth of our hot tub right next to the Smoke Sauna. The whirlpool accommodates 10 people at a time.
The Smoke Sauna building is a huge log structure measuring 117 m². The sauna is a traditional Finnish smoke sauna with a laundry room, two showers, a room with a fireplace, a spacious lounge, a kitchen and two indoor toilets.
