MÉDIATHÈQUE CHARLES DE LA MORANDIERE

On three levels, this media library, which is part of a larger network including other establishments, is in the heart of the city. An exhibition gallery and a beautiful auditorium take place on the ground floor, while the two upper floors include books, newspapers, CDs and other DVDs, with free consultation. Also on the top floor is the "Fonds Patrimoine", which includes Norman documents from the past, and others related to the navy.
