The medieval market takes place at the end of June for four days in the former main square of Turku. A true journey back in time to the Middle Ages with a guaranteed market atmosphere: hubbub, joyful reunions, chic ladies, pretty damsels, noble gentlemen, knights, shopkeepers with stalls, jugglers, minstrels, buffoons, and troubadours! You can admire the masterpieces of various craftsmen (blacksmith, jeweller, brewer and other types of tools made using traditional methods). A little something extra for children: medieval games, especially with pretty little lambs. Ideal for families.
