Located in a shopping area, this covered market, built in 1914, is much more authentic than the Marché market and lives all year round. There are flowers, pulse meats, reindeer and large varieties of fresh fish or pastries. On the first floor, stands of craftsmen offering a wide choice of accessories, clothes, soaps and other Finnish souvenirs, without forgetting a small coffee to rest in the midst of this very pleasant agitation. In all, 70 shops await you!

Ce marché est nettement plus authentique que celui, plus connu, près du vieux port. Vous pourrez ici acheter des produits locaux: alimentaires au rez-de-chaussée (mention spéciale pour le saumon gravlax vendu par Lionel à l'étal Töölön Kalaa), artisanaux au premier étage.
N'hésitez pas à vous rendre au marché d'Hakaniemi, ne serait-ce que pour flâner entre les étals, commander un petit café au comptoir ou admirer la structure ancienne des halles.
