The masterpiece of the rococo art, this church considered one of the most beautiful in Kiev was built in 1755 by the very famous Italian architect Francesco Rastrelli. Perched on a mount, it dominates and illuminates the city of its fires. The interior décor with carved wood and iconostasis are priceless objects. We will note, facing the iconostasis, two very interesting paintings: on the left the picture of Vladimir's choice and on the right the preaching of Saint Andrew.

Un quartier magnifique, à ne surtout pas manquer !!!
J'adore sa couleur, l'atmosphère intérieure lorsque les popes officient, l'ambiance du quartier environnant avec son marché permanent proposant divers souvenirs et vêtements locaux et la ruelle à l'arrière de l'Eglise où les artistes locaux vous présentent leurs peintures. Le coin est vraiment magique !!!
